I recently had a procedure done for my 4-year-old daughter at Zee Dental Clinic, and as any parent would understand, I was honestly a bit anxious about how she would handle it. Sitting still, cooperating, being comfortable and how they would administer the anesthesia in a way that would not give her pain or fear..
But from the moment we walked in, the entire experience completely exceeded our expectations.
The doctors, nurses, management and reception team were all incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. They didn’t just treat her like a patient, they made her feel safe, seen, and cared for. Her doctor, in particular, was absolutely amazing, i loved her,. So calm, reassuring, professional, experienced and skilled that my daughter actually fell asleep during the procedure. As a parent, that told me everything I needed to know, she felt completely at ease and was truly in the best hands.
The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and clearly equipped with the latest technology and services, which added another level of confidence for me.
What started as a nerve-wracking visit turned into such a positive experience that I’m already planning to return for some of their cosmetic and additional dental services myself.
If you’re on the fence about where to go, take this as your sign. Yes, yup, yea, yeah, and yes again, just call them. You will not be disappointed.
